Ryan Kauffman - Candidate for President

Ryan Kauffman is a dad, husband, son, public servant, and volunteer.  Ryan works in the technology area for financial institutions as a consultant. He has previously served on the Police Commission for Oswego and on the Oswego Village Board as Trustee.

Ryan his wife Kristin (a fifth grade teacher) have two children, Dylan and Kennedy. They have lived in Oswego for fifteen years and love calling it home.

Karin McCarthy-Lange - Candidate for Trustee

Karin McCarthy-Lange has been deeply involved in the community for more than a decade. Homeowners Associations, Home and School Associations, and the Oswego Chamber of Commerce are just a few of the many places she has served. Karin wants to expand her service to represent all of the residents of Oswego. Karin spent 16 years as a graphic designer before becoming an entrepreneur in direct sales and marketing.

Karin lives in Oswego with her husband and two children. They have lived in Oswego since 2003.

Luis Perez - Candidate for Trustee

Luis served as a village trustee in Oswego from October 2015 – April 2021. From 2005-2015, Luis served on numerous appointed and volunteer committees for Oswego school district 308 and is now entering his 7th year on the board of directors for Rush Copley Memorial Hospital in Aurora.

Luis and his wife Kathy have two daughters, and have called Oswego home for 23 years.

Andrew Torres - Candidate for Trustee

Andrew grew up next door to Oswego in Boulder Hill, and is a graduate of Oswego High School. Raised by two full-time working parents, Andrew learned firsthand the value of hard work and good character. His family instilled the values of education, honest hard work and service to others.

Andrew is running for Oswego Trustee to put his hard-work ethic, experience and commitment to service for the people of the Oswego community as Oswego Village Trustee. He believes serving the community is an honor and a privilege, and that spending hard-earned tax dollars of working families requires integrity, transparency and accountability.

Andrew lives in Oswego with his wife and two children.
